We have reserved a room block at Grand Bear Resort. The family suite rate is $110 plus tax. Grand Bear Resort’s room block cutoff date is August 16th to book a room at the group rate. You will need to call Grand Bear Resort (1-866-399-3866) and mention IRMCA’s room block lodging code #683856.

Cancellation fee: There is a 10% cancellation fee if prior to 72 hrs. Within 72hrs, the full fee amount will be charged.
