Producer Membership shall be limited to any individual, partnership, firm or corporation engaged in the business of merchandising ready-mixed concrete at retail, or those engaged in distributing, producing or transporting ready-mixed concrete, all subject to such rules, regulations and conditions as may be prescribed in the by-laws of the Association from time to time. IRMCA Producer Membership is based on the number of ready mix trucks licensed on the 1st Day ofJanuary for that year’s membership. A Producer Member’s necessary level of support shall be based on “all” those entities (i.e. those entities owned at least 51% in common) that do business in the State of Illinois.
